cope life
Jennifer asked:

I feel like I lack the enthusiasm and effort required for everyday life. All I think about are major events in my future. I have a hard time living in the present and staying engaged in everyday conversations.

Am I alone? And how do you deal with it? How do you keep going without losing your mind?
