I am constantly worried all the time over trivial matters. It makes me unhappy and unable to be productive over the course of the day. I will end up drinking heavily to help cope and the drinking is taking it’s toll on my marriage. I find my self flirting with other women and have no idea I am doing it due to how heavily intoxicated I am. I really want to get away from all of this and have a happy married life.
