At first the world didn’t seem like it had changed that much in 15 years. After trying to live and work in the modern world, I find it difficult to adjust to doing even the most simple of tasks. I find myself very defensive of the people around me. Always wondering when they will snap and attack. How can one adjust to this?

“It’s a sin to kill a mockingbird”

And how mockingbirds make music for us.. well I know mockingbirds are good and innocent but yet destroyed by evil but how does modern life relate to “mockingbirds”?

Like what in life is good and innocent but yet destroyed by evil? Some examples would be nice.

Is it possible that the human species could branch into truly different species and what behaviors and habits, if persistantly followed down through generations, might/could cause significant biological speciation?
You can get serious, or just be imaginative with this one.
Doesn’t how we live affect the behavior of our offspring?

Charles K. Browning asked:

Is this why fiction is such insanely popular? Life to me just seems very boring. The highlights of modern life is owning a nice house and fancy car, getting a decent education and job, then retiring and dying. Where is the adventure? This is why to me I read many books, watch movies, and play games. To me real life is just a boring dull existence.
